Norwich drummer St James Quay 

Norwich drummer, John, has held the drum chair with Taverham Band for over 30 years and has performed with them for HM The Queen and King Charles at Sandringham and Windsor Castle.

He provides percussion and drinks for Norwich favourites The He Hews - you can often see them outside Jarrolds at weekends ! He has toured europe with both bands, and appeared at the Brecon Jazz festival and recently Latitude, with The He Hews. John is also the drums behind "Rob and Ecky". Norwich drummer John appeared with The He Hews on Channel 4's Come Dine With Me in 2015. 

John was a proud contributor to Terry Wogan's "Wake up to Wogan" Radio show and recently the Danny Baker Show.

He has been the driver and road manager for numerous,"top to bottom" cycle tours including Lejog, France, Italy, Germany and Spain.

He also had the honour of playing the "Saving Private Ryan" drum solo at the Menim Gate, Belgium. John lives at St James Quay in Norwich
